- Maintain a well-stocked bar by ordering or requisitioning supplies and restocking inventory

- Handle cash transactions, operate cash registers, and process payments accurately
- Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and regulations
- Keep the bar area clean, sanitized, and organized at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders with food service
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner
Requirements:
- Prior experience in bartending or a related role preferred
- Proficiency in using POS systems, cash registers, and basic math skills for handling transactions
- Knowledge of beverage recipes, mixology techniques, and drink presentation
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clientele
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and maintaining bar inventory

- Experience working in banquet settings or nightclubs is a plus
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) is desirable
