The Host will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. As a Host, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Provide menus and assist guests with any inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and lobby area
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service
- Assist in coordinating with the serving staff to provide excellent guest service
- Handle guest concerns or special requests with professionalism and courtesy
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of POS systems is advantageous
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Understanding of food service and restaurant operations
- Hospitality-driven mindset with a passion for customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills and the willingness to help wherever needed
