Assistant Teacher – Flexible Hours
Part-Time | Ages 14 Welcome | Must be available some Mondays & Fridays

Looking for flexibility? We’re happy to work with your schedule, but we do ask for availability on at least most Fridays. This role includes a variety of tasks and opportunities to work with different age groups—every day is a little different!
Key Responsibilities:
Child Care & Interaction
Engage with children through play, conversation, and care
Monitor and support children's safety, health, and emotional well-being
Assist with personal care needs (diapers, spills, runny noses, handwashing, etc.)
Join in on field trips and swimming days—yes, that means getting in the water!
Use positive guidance and redirection to support appropriate behavior
Environment & Teamwork
Help maintain a warm, clean, and child-friendly space
Keep areas sanitary, safe, and inviting
Collaborate with a great team that values encouragement and growth
