What are the responsibilities and job description for the CDL-A Milk Hauler position at Good News Trucking, LLC?
Job Details :
- Class A CDL with TANKER endorsement required
- 3 years of verifiable experience
- PAY : $1200 per week starting off
- Schedule : 4 days a week with every other Saturday and Sunday off!
- Benefits : Anthem BCBS company pays 50% of the driver (driver responsible for other 50% and all dependents) AVAILABLE DAY ONE of employment!
- Must be able to lift, pull, push 50 lbs
- Must be able to work with a 20-foot hose
- Must be able to read a tape measure.
- No suspensions or major tickets on MVR
- Good communication skills are needed!
- A positive attitude and professionalism are a MUST!
The driver will pick up milk at 1-2 farms and deliver raw milk to Kosciusko, Mississippi. Missouri State Milk Haulers License is required but GNT will help the candidate to obtain a license, and train the driver on all milk board requirements.
Driver would be responsible for following all FMCSA regulations and adhering to safety procedures.
As the driver obtains a license, shows responsibility, safety, and dependability, and is able to run other routes (we have some 3-4 stop milk pickups to Memphis, and some multiple stop pickups in Carbondale) extra days are available to be picked up for extra pay! Milk is 7 days a week and 365 days a year so there is NO shortage of work in this area!
