Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain security protocols to ensure the safety of guests and property during night hours.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing occupancy rates, revenue, and other key metrics.
- Assist guests with special requests or needs, ensuring a pleasant stay.
- Monitor hotel facilities and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate departments.
- Handle phone calls efficiently, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
