The Role
As Head of E-Commerce & Digital , youll oversee the brands digital presence, driving online sales, optimizing the customer experience, and leading performance marketing efforts. Youll own the website, CRM, and analyticsensuring every digital touchpoint enhances brand engagement and fuels revenue growth.
What Youll Do
- Lead E-Commerce Strategy : Oversee the website, UX, and merchandising to improve conversion and customer retention.
- Drive Digital Growth : Manage paid media, email, SMS, SEO, and performance marketing to scale revenue.
