We’re looking for a GPI Consultant to join the Good Place Institute team!
At the Good Place Institute (GPI), we are dedicated to applying Biblically derived principles and values to transform organizational cultures and help businesses, individuals, and communities thrive. In this role, you will partner with the President to deliver training, consulting, and coaching services that empower leaders and help organizations thrive.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Partner with the President to deliver GPI’s consulting, training, and coaching services to both internal and external clients.
- Managing client relationships, ensuring excellent service, strong relationships, and timely communication.
- Developing new product and services to build up Good Place organizations, including assessments, training programs, coaching tools, publications, and other related offerings.
- Representing GPI at events and expanding our impact regionally and nationally.
- Develop and manage proposals, presentations, and project documentation to support client relationships and sales efforts.
- Promote and protect the core principles, values, and culture of the Good Place philosophy within the organization and across all client engagements.
- Keep GPI informed of relevant trends, events, and initiatives related to organizational development and Good Place principles.
- Contribute to GPI’s growth strategies and innovations that improve services, products, and the GPI brand.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
- Experience in consulting, training, or project management.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Effective management of systems, processes, and valuing and developing people.
- A passion for organizational transformation and leadership development.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs, lead teams, and manage client relationships.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent written, verbal, and creative communication skills.
- Skilled in training, education, and group facilitation.
- Strong systemic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Visio) and Adobe applications (Acrobat, InDesign, etc.) preferred.
- High emotional intelligence, integrity, and the ability to foster strong interpersonal relationships.
- Strong sense of stewardship, managing well that which has been entrusted.
