About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our customer service team as a Service Experience Leader. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing customer service strategies to drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, leadership, and analysis. You'll be expected to analyze customer service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop actionable plans to address these areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive business results.
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years' experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a managerial or director role within an e-commerce environment.

  • Proven track record of leading a customer service team and achieving significant improvements in customer satisfaction and sales figures.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.

Excellent leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in customer service software and databases.
