We are currently seeking a Hospice Aide- Night Shift for Sheila S. Strauss Hospice Inpatient Unit.
The Hospice Aide provides compassionate personal care and homemaker services for patients, when appropriate, and maintains a safe and healthy environment as directed by the plan of care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse’s Aide Program with current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) licensure issued by the Virginia Board of Nursing.
- One year of experience as a CNA, preferably in home health, hospice or a long-term care facility.
- Current Virginia driver’s license and driving record that meets the standards set forth in current policies
Schedule: 3 x Twelve-hour shifts, 7 PM -7 AM rotating weekends.
