Good Samaritan Hospice, a mission of Concordia Lutheran Ministries, provides compassionate home care, facility based, and inpatient hospice services to our patients and their families. Our home care coverage area spreads throughout several counties in Western Pennsylvania with inpatient locations in Wexford, Cabot, and Beaver. The Good Samaritan Hospice team works together to provide relief through pain control and symptom management, while offering emotional, social and spiritual support for the patient and family. Good Samaritan Hospice, an entity of Concordia Lutheran Ministries, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor, RN for a full time position which will report to our Administrative office in Valencia, PA.
Our Hospice Clinical Supervisors are the heart of our organization and are responsible for overseeing day to day patient care by assisting patients, caregivers/families, Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) members and health care providers involved in our patient care.
The Clinical Supervisor RN position works Monday through Friday with a holiday and weekend rotation (every fourth weekend.)

QUALIFICATIONS for Clinical Supervisor Registered Nurse:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Two (2) years hospice experience preferred
- Possesses strong assessment, problem solving and decision making skills
- Solid computer skills, including Word, Excel and electronic medical record (EMR) programs
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Must be able to identify and anticipate patient and family needs
- Assist with patient care plans and assessments
- Identify and resolve clinical issues
- Provide clinical supervision, direction and guidance to our staff
- Monitor data management systems
