We currently have an opening for a qualified RN to join our team as our Clinical Director for the New River Valley service area!
As the Clinical Director, you are responsible for directing and managing the overall provision of nursing services to patients and families for the assigned nursing staff and service area, as well as overseeing staff assignments to ensure continuity of care, and coverage during absence or staffing shortages, and that services delivered are within each team member’s scope of practice. You will also serve as a member of the Clinical Leadership team, and maintain and nurture a highly competent, motivated, and productive staff.
This is a full time, Monday - Friday 8:30- 5 PM position based out of our NRV office.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
