We are currently seeking a weekend RN for our service area.
As an RN, you will coordinate, guide and direct the care of patients facing life limiting illness. You will educate the patient and patient"s family in the care of the patient, work with an interdisciplinary team, and make visits to the patients home as necessary. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about clinical excellence and who feel a professional calling to caring for patients with serious and complex illness at end of life.
The schedule will be 5 : 00 PM- 8 : 30 AM, 7 on / 7 off.
