Secondary Job Duties That May be Reassigned:
- Monitor resources to maintain unit staffing standards and promote world class levels of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Collaborates with the team to support a healthy work environment.
- Assists with and/or facilitates resolution or management of customer issues/concerns/comments.
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Nursing effective January 2017 (with the exception of staff previously granted grandfather status).
- Licensure: Registered Nurse license from the Indiana State Board of Nursing.
- Experience: One year of nursing experience; specialty certification preferred.
- Required to maintain current BLS. Specific departments may also require current ACLS or PALS.
