Job Summary and Qualifications

The Manager of Construction Management provides the management and leadership to effectively lead, support, coordinate and manage construction and remodel projects of varying degree of complexity.

• You will take projects from design through completion, providing advice and assistance to all levels of staff and management groups to facilitate resource planning and meet regulatory requirements.
• You will determine support, direction and/or strategies necessary to solve significant problems related to successful project completion.
• You will provide regular schedule and budget updates indicating project performance.
• You will manage other facility related building improvements and compliance documentation as needed.

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelors Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of actual construction management experience required. Hospital/healthcare facility construction management highly preferred.
• Direct experience with OSHPD required.
• 1-3 years of progressive construction project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Evidence of experience which defines competency in construction management. Evidence of experience in successful administration and leadership of organizational management programs.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of and be familiar with California Building Codes, OSHPD, OSHA, TJC, Infection Control, and be able to accurately read construction design documents.
