Job Description :
- Provide care to assigned residents in a caring, safe, and efficient manner according to standards, procedures, and individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments to assigned residents following nursing standards of practice.
- Update care plans as needed.
- Comply with all related laws, regulations, company policies, and procedures.
- Fulfill obligations under the organization's corporate compliance program.
- Supervise assigned employees and carry out supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work.
- Appraise performance, reward, and discipline employees, address complaints, and resolve problems.
- Communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
- Accommodate individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
