About the Job

- As a charge nurse, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the nursing team, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery.
- You will prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
Qualifications
- A graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program is preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring, or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
- Ongoing department-specific competencies and certifications are required.
