Job Details
This position requires a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in our long-term care facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nursing care for residents of all ages, including administering medications and treatments as ordered. You will also contribute to the assessment of residents and document resident interactions as needed.

Requirements
Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred. Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility.
