About the Role: As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing resident-centered care and daily living assistance to assigned residents. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care.

\Responsibilities:
\- Provide resident-centered care and daily living assistance to assigned residents
- Assist with basic health care needs, including daily living activities
- Provide psychosocial support and other personal care to assigned residents
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary
Requirements:
\- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required
- Minimum age of 16
- Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position
