At the Good Samaritan Society, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide resident-centered care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). Your knowledge of age-appropriate care related to the physical and psychological needs of residents will enable you to deliver high-quality care as per the care plan.
The ideal candidate will have prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care and hold a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing. Satisfactory completion of yearly department-specific competency testing and maintenance of continuing education credits for each year is also required.
