">Job Summary
">The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. They collaborate with residents and families, as well as other interdisciplinary colleagues, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
">Responsibilities
">- Provide preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment to residents
- Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and educate residents on various nursing interventions
- May serve as a charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel
- Assist delegates in providing safe and reliable administration of resident care and resolving care and service concerns
Requirements
">The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree from a nationally accredited nursing program and hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring.
