Caregiver Responsibilities
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Caregiver. In this role, you will be responsible for providing resident-centered care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). Your duties will include:
- Delivering age-appropriate care related to physical and psychological needs of residents, as per care plan.
- Assisting with basic health care needs, including daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, and vital sign recording.
- Providing psychosocial support and personal care to assigned residents.
- Transferring, repositioning, and walking residents using correct transfer techniques and equipment.
- Aiding providers and nursing staff members with procedures, if needed.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to create a positive and supportive environment for our residents.
