\As a Registered Nurse at the Good Samaritan Society, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for providing direct care to residents, as well as coordinating care and communicating with other healthcare professionals.
\Responsibilities
\Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating care for residents, including assessments, education, and interventions. \
- Serving as a charge nurse and delegating tasks to license and unlicensed assistive personnel. \
- Communicating effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers. \
- Functioning within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in the state of practice and licensure. \
- Providing adequate assistance and support to delegates to ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolution of care and service concerns. \

Requirements
\To be successful in this role, you will need:
\A graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
\An unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring, or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
\Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
