About the Role
- Provide individualized patient care using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with patients, family members, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Deliver comprehensive care to patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Coordinate care, conduct patient assessments, provide education, and perform various interventions.
Requirements
- National accreditation from programs such as CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA preferred; Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
- Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice is occurring, or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
