What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiving Professional position at Good Samaritan Society?
About the Role: As a compassionate and adaptable Licensed Practical Nurse, you will have the opportunity to travel locally by working in various Good Samaritan Society locations within a 150-mile radius from home. This role allows for flexibility and competitive pay, with no contract requirement.
Key Responsibilities: Provide care with knowledge of nursing principles for residents in the relevant clinical setting, demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge, and contribute to the assessment of residents and administer medications or treatments as ordered.
Requirements: Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse, Associate degree in practical nursing preferred, and currently hold an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
