About the Role
This Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care in a long-term care setting. Under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician, you will provide professional nursing care to residents of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care that prioritizes resident comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Support healthcare professionals as needed, ensuring seamless care coordination.
- Document resident interactions, outcomes, and medication administration accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A graduate degree from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- An associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
- Completed a pre-licensure nursing program with supervised clinical experience across the life span or possess at least 400 hours of LPN experience at another facility.
- Held an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges.
