**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, and obtaining and recording vital signs.
- Provide psychosocial support and other personal care to assigned residents.
- Participate in housekeeping and laundry services to assist residents with keeping living areas clean and operational.
**Required Qualifications**
- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
- Minimum age of 16.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing.
- Satisfactorily completes yearly department-specific competency testing.
