About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will work closely with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include providing daily living assistance, personal care, and meal preparation, while maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing daily living assistance and personal care to assigned residents
- Assisting with meal preparation and dining
- Collecting non-invasive body fluid specimens and gathering vital signs
- Documenting resident interactions and outcomes
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess a high school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred but not required. You must also have a minimum age of 16 and prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred. Required certification includes Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement.
