About the Role
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) serves as a caregiver to the resident during scheduled work periods, providing resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
- Main Responsibilities:
- Bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, and obtaining/recording vital signs
- Providing psychosocial support and other personal care to assigned residents
- Assisting with transfers, repositioning, and walking using correct transfer techniques and equipment
- Range of motion and passive exercises
