Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, toileting, and dressing.
- Assist residents with meals and snacks, providing water and supplements as needed.
- Collect non-invasive body fluid specimens and gather vital signs.
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, behavior, and activity.
Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing.
- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
- Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
