About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team in long-term care settings. As a key member of our nursing team, you will provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with basic health care needs, such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, and providing psychosocial support and other personal care. You will also aid providers and nursing staff members with procedures, document resident interactions, and communicate resident's changing conditions and care-related concerns/responses to the charge nurse.
