Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist with daily living activities, provide basic health care, and document resident interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily living assistance to assigned residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and dining services, creating a positive dining experience for residents
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary
- Communicate resident's changing condition and care-related concerns/responses to the charge nurse
Qualifications: A high school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) is preferred, but not required. Minimum age of 16 and required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing are necessary.
