Job Description:
A compassionate and adaptable Certified Nursing Assistant is needed to provide care with competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, flexibility, and no contract requirement. The ideal candidate will assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with meals and snacks, providing water and supplements as appropriate.
- Documenting resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary.
- Communicating resident's changing condition and care-related concerns/responses to the charge nurse.
- Collecting non-invasive body fluid specimens and gathering vital signs.
- Providing housekeeping and laundry services to assist residents with keeping living areas clean and operational.
