As a CNA, you will provide resident-centered care and daily living assistance to our assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). - Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents ">
- Assist with basic health care needs, including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support ">
- Aid providers and nursing staff members with procedures as needed ">
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary ">
- Communicate resident's changing condition and care-related concerns/responses to the charge nurse ">
- Provide housekeeping and laundry services to assist residents with keeping living areas clean and operational ">
- Assist with wellness and recreational programs and encourage residents to participate ">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must have a high school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care is preferred. Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement.
