The Senior Nursing Assistant provides direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and administering medications. This role involves working closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, as well as documenting interactions with residents and communicating effectively with families and healthcare providers. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to providing person-centered care and demonstrating empathy and compassion towards residents. Additional responsibilities include assisting with transfers, repositioning, and walking, as well as completing tasks related to food preparation and dining.
