About the Job
This role involves providing preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment to residents. You will also be responsible for coordinating care, resident assessment, resident education, and various other nursing interventions.
As a charge nurse, you may delegate tasks to license and unlicensed assistive personnel and provide adequate assistance and support to ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care.
You will need to hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
