- Collaborate with residents, family members, and interdisciplinary colleagues to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on various aspects of nursing interventions and healthcare management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment.
Requirements
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
- Holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
