Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel as needed
