We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a RN, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to our residents. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate care that meets the unique needs of each resident.
**Responsibilities**
- Assess, diagnose, and develop plans of care for residents
- Implement and evaluate care plans, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care and services
- Provide education and support to residents and families on health-related topics and disease management
**Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you must have a current RN license in good standing and at least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting. A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
