Job Description: As a Nursing Assistant at our long term care facility, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents. This includes assisting with daily living activities, providing basic health care, and documenting resident interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily living assistance to assigned residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and dining services, creating a positive dining experience for residents
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary
- Communicate resident's changing condition and care-related concerns/responses to the charge nurse
Requirements: A high school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) is preferred, but not required. Minimum age of 16 and required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing are necessary.
