Job Description:
\As a Speech-Language Pathology Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language services to seniors, including assessing clients/patients/residents with various speech, language, cognitive or swallowing problems and developing individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnoses.
\The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech-language pathology and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our residents, including providing consultation for clients/patients/residents working through speech and language treatment processes.
\As a Clinical Linguist - Home Care, you will be responsible for ensuring all speech and language related standards, policies, protocols and quality requirements are met. This may involve treating individuals of all ages with varying diagnosis and disorders, and demonstrating documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines and meet all regulatory requirements.
