">Job Summary:
">We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering resident-centered care and daily living assistance to our assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
">Key Responsibilities:

- Provide basic health care needs including daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support and other personal care to assigned residents. ">
- Assist residents with meals and snacks, provide water and supplements as appropriate. ">
- Aid providers and nursing staff members with procedures, if needed. ">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you must have a high school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED), minimum age of 16, and prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
">Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement.
">Additional requirements include satisfactorily completing yearly department specific competency testing and maintaining a record of continuing education credits for each year.
