Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to residents in our facility. They assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
We expect our RNs to maintain accurate and detailed patient records, administer medications safely, and engage with residents and families to provide emotional support and education. They may also participate in case management and discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions to next level of care.
Requirements
We require a graduate degree from a nationally accredited nursing program, a bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state. Obtains and maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
