About This Role
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Ellsworth Village, a 45-bed senior skilled nursing facility nestled in the peaceful Smoky Hills of central Kansas. As an LPN with our team, you will provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care settings, working under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing testing, and documenting resident interactions and outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, family members, and residents to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Currently hold an unencumbered LPN license with the State Nursing Board or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
- Possess essential skills, including problem-solving, technical proficiency, and effective communication.
