Work Schedule : Full-time, Day Shift, 40 hours per week
Compensation : $38.00 - $63.00 per hour
Sign-on Bonus : $10,000!
Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee our long-term care facility. In this role, you will administer the nursing program, ensuring high standards of resident care and facilitating the improvement of geriatric care quality and efficiency. You will :
- Lead and oversee the quality of care provided by nursing staff.
- Develop relationships with medical staff, department heads, and administrators to enhance nursing services.
- Interpret nursing policies and objectives to staff and the community.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices.
- Conduct staff scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Provide direct nursing care to residents as necessary.
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing activities and community programs.
