Job Responsibilities
Working under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician, you will provide technical support to healthcare professionals, document resident interactions and outcomes, and communicate effectively with residents, family members, and/or advocates to develop personalized care plans.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program with a current Licensed Practical Nurse license.
- Preferred qualifications include associate degree in practical nursing and state licensure with Nursing Board.
- Multi-state licensure privileges are also desirable.
