Job Overview
This is a full-time position responsible for performing light maintenance repair and cleaning tasks in a safe and professional manner. The ideal candidate will possess basic mechanical knowledge and have experience with hand tools, meters, measuring devices, and gauges.
Responsibilities
- Maintain campus grounds and perform other outside maintenance duties as needed.
- Perform general duties such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and bed repair and maintenance.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and comply with all corporate and facility policies and dress code.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in building systems and be able to work all shifts and hours as scheduled.
