Job Description: We are seeking a Food Service Professional to join our team at our Larimore, ND location. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our patients/residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food according to established menu plans and dietary requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food quality standards
- Operate equipment such as mixers, slicers, kettles, combination ovens, food grinders, food processors, ovens, stovetops, induction burners, grills, deep fat fryers, knives, dishwashers, garbage disposals, refrigerators, and freezers
- Work with internal customers, requiring above-average communication and teamwork skills

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions
- Basic math skills and ability to measure ingredients accurately
- Minimum of six months of applicable experience preferred; on-the-job training will be provided
