">Job Summary
">We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at our Personal Care Home facility in Pipestone, MN. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing resident-centered care and daily living assistance to our assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
">Key Responsibilities:

- Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents ">
- Assist with basic health care needs, including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support ">
- Aid providers and nursing staff members with procedures as needed ">
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary ">
- Communicate resident's changing condition and care-related concerns/responses to the charge nurse ">
- Provide housekeeping and laundry services to assist residents with keeping living areas clean and operational ">
- Assist with wellness and recreational programs and encourage residents to participate ">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must have:
">Education: A high school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required
">Experience: Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred
">Licensure/Certification: Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement
">Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and service
