Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Planning and Preparation: Prepare and cook meals for patients/residents, staff, and visitors, adhering to menu and dietary requirements.
- Culinary Excellence: Maintain high standards of food quality, appearance, taste, temperature, and sanitation.
- Sanitation and Safety: Clean and sanitize cooking and serving areas, as well as label and store food, equipment, and machinery.
- Recipe Compliance: Follow standardized recipes and HACCP guidelines to ensure safe food preparation and handling.
