Job Summary:
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications and treatments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet resident needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
- Monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span.
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
